We want your plant to arrive safely! Our Live Arrival Guarantee is valid with:

• An unpacking video recorded within 2 hours of delivery.

• Video must begin with the plant still sealed in the box.

This helps protect both you and us.

Notes: Travel can be tough on plants! Despite our most careful packing efforts, the journey may occasionally cause minor stress or foliage damage. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for transit-related wear and tear, as some minor damage is an inherent risk of shipping live plants.

Cancellation Policy

At this time, we are unable to process order cancellations. As a small business, we utilize Shopify to power our store; unfortunately, Shopify does not refund the transaction fees they charge us when an order is placed. To keep our operations sustainable and our prices fair, all sales are final. We truly appreciate your support and understanding!
