When We Ship
To keep your plants happy and cozy, we ship Mondays and Tuesdays only (excluding holidays).

Orders placed Tuesday–Sunday will ship the following week.

Orders placed on Monday may get shipped the same week, otherwise they will go out the following week.
This helps prevent plants from sitting in transit over the weekend.

Weather Care & Packaging
Insulation and/or heat packs are always complimentary and added at our discretion based on weather conditions.
Your plant’s safety comes first, so we may hold shipments during extreme weather or holidays. If that happens, we’ll share updates on our website and Instagram.
About Your Plant
Each plant is packed with love and care—just how we’d want to receive one ourselves.
A few things to know:

We use beneficial mites, so you may spot some friendly helpers.

Yellowing leaves, leaf drop, or small cosmetic imperfections can happen during shipping.

Plants may need a little time to adjust, but with patience and care, they’ll bounce back beautifully.
Live Arrival Guarantee
We want your plant to arrive safely! Our Live Arrival Guarantee is valid with:

An unpacking video recorded within 2 hours of delivery.

Video must begin with the plant still sealed in the box.
This helps protect both you and us.
Notes: Travel can be tough on plants! Despite our most careful packing efforts, the journey may occasionally cause minor stress or foliage damage. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for transit-related wear and tear, as some minor damage is an inherent risk of shipping live plants.
